We were asked to create an NPD brand for one of our clients, who was looking to expand into the niche beauty market. We discovered and built upon up-and-coming beauty trends, such as rituals and crystals, which present an opportunity for growth in the future.
Ritualistic beauty treatments have been on the rise since last year and most likely will continue as a reflection of the millennial market’s desire for nostalgic pampering, paralleling the rise in self-care and wellbeing. Beauty treatments are one way of winding down and creating some me time.
We focused on the two periods of the day where people naturally have a routine. By building a presence in those times, we have the opportunity to become part of an already established ritual. By focusing on both the morning wake up and the night-time wind down, we created a range which enhances those intimate moments.

That’s why Hypnos is helping you make the most out of the rituals either side of sleep; winding down and drifting off, to powering up for the day ahead. Making these moments a time of calm, cleansing and refreshment.
